When did you join Christie Finance? 

January 2026 

 Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie Finance? 

I was at home when I got the call from Tara and accepted without any hesitation. 

What was your first job? 

Business Administrator 

In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie Finance? 

I make outbound calls to commercial clients across a range of sectors, generating leads that are then passed to our senior brokers while developing knowledge of financial markets and regulations. 

What’s your favourite thing about Christie Finance? 

Definitely the people.  I work with an amazing team.  They have been so patient and incredibly supportive while learning the role.   

What’s been the biggest challenge of your career so far?

I have spent over 14 years in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry so starting a new career in a new industry has been challenging but I have loved every minute of it. 

What’s been a highlight of your career so far? 

Securing a loan completion within just two months of starting my new role, with support from Steven after I generated the initial lead.

Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies? 

I enjoy the outdoors and you’ll find me on a walk somewhere in the countryside.  I also love to read and enjoy live music. 

What’s your hometown? Where do you live now? 

I was born and raised in Shrewsbury, Shropshire but moved to Mold, Flintshire nearly 3 years ago. 

Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday? 

I recently went to the Dominican Republic on my honeymoon and it’s by far the most beautiful and tropical place I have been so far! 

What’s your biggest pet peeve? 

People who don’t use their indicators!
