John Mitchell
Managing Director
John's journey with Christie Finance began in the late '90s when he originally joined as a Finance Broker.
Since his appointment as Managing Director in 2011, John has been the visionary leader behind our remarkable growth.
His strategic foresight and unwavering commitment have propelled the team to achieve a year-on-year 15% increase in turnover with 26% profitability.
John's leadership continues to inspire our team, driving innovation and setting the course for a bright and prosperous future.
Lawrence Roberts
Regional Director
Lawrence joined Christie Finance from HSBC in 2017 to deepen his understanding of commercial funding.
Over the years, he has expanded his knowledge of various sectors and lenders, leveraging expertise from Christie & Co.
Within four years, he was promoted to regional director, now managing the south team across London, Bristol, and Birmingham.
Lawrence is committed to sourcing competitive terms and fostering a relationship-based brokering approach for clients.
His focus on enhancing customer journeys is evident through his efforts to improve processes and collaborate across the group.
Shaun Watts
Head of Unsecured & Asset Finance
Shaun has worked in the asset finance and unsecured loans industry since 2008.
In early 2015, he embarked on several significant projects in collaboration with Christie Finance, showcasing his ability to drive successful outcomes and foster strong partnerships.
In 2017, Shaun joined Christie Finance to spearhead the development and launch of a new service division.
This division was designed to offer Unsecured Loans and Asset Finance to a broader range of Christie Finance clients, addressing their diverse financial needs with tailored solutions.
Shaun leads a dynamic and growing team of 15 talented professionals.
Under his guidance, the team continues to thrive, delivering exceptional service and innovative financial solutions to clients.
Craig Dickson
Regional Director
Craig brings a wealth of commercial finance experience from his time in Business Development roles at Bank of Scotland and Barclays.
Since joining Christie Finance in 2014, he has been a driving force in new business across all our key sectors.
Craig's dedication and expertise have earned him several promotions and, most recently, to Regional Director for the Core team in the North.
Ram Kakar
Head of Real Estate
Ram has a strong background in banking, with experience at Lloyds Bank and Metro Bank.
He joined us from Knox Capital Solutions in 2021 as a Finance Consultant.
Over the past four years, he has consistently earned promotions, advancing from Senior Consultant to Associate Director, then Director, and most recently, in January 2025, to Head of Real Estate.
