Funding sourced through Christie Finance for a family-run Tiverton care home.

St George’s House is a residential care home registered for 19 adults over 65 years. It occupies an attractive 16-bedroom period property on Park Road, close to Tiverton town centre.

The home has been owned by the Lindley family for three decades and was brought to market to allow the current owners to fully retire from the care sector.

Shaji Mathew, the new owner of St George’s House, comments, “Our family already has a strong background in care, with my wife also being a nurse. We also have several other businesses, so this felt like a natural next step for us. We’re really looking forward to upholding the excellent reputation that St George’s House has built over the years, working with the team, and continuing to provide outstanding care for many years to come.”
