Funding secured for the acquisition of Michelin-starred micro-restaurant

Mr & Mrs Winter have significant experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for top chefs within 5 star & Michelin starred restaurants for a number of years before establishing their own Michelin starred pub in 2007. Mr & Mrs Winter have successfully operated The Homend for six years and have recently been awarded a Michelin star, an outstanding achievement.
