Funding for Pinehurst Rest Home successfully arranged through Christie Finance
Christie Finance is delighted to have supported the successful funding for Pinehurst Rest Home, Porthcawl, on the south coast of Wales.
Pinehurst Rest Home is a boutique residential dementia care home that is registered for up to 11 residents. It occupies an attractive converted Victorian property in the coastal town of Porthcawl, within a short walk of the seafront and promenade. The home has earned an enviable reputation for delivering excellent quality care and maintaining strong ties within the local community.
The home was established in 1989 by Patricia Attwood and was passed to her daughter, Alexandra Crane, in 2004, who has decided to sell and retire from the business.
