A newly established children’s residential home provider has successfully secured funding for the purchase of a new property in Wales, which has been converted into a safe and nurturing home for children and young people aged 8 to 18.
The acquisition was made possible through a strategic financial arrangement, leveraging an existing property as additional security. The funding was provided by a high street lender on a 20-year term at a competitive rate of 2.57% above the base rate, with 100% of the purchase financed using background assets.
