Established Isle of Wight care home sale funded by Christie Finance
Specialist property finance broker, Christie Finance, has funded the sale of Waxham House Care Home in Ryde, Isle of Wight.


Waxham House is an established care home registered for up to 20 residents who are either over 65 or have physical disabilities. Dedicated staff provide good levels of care to residents, and during the last CQC inspection, the home was rated ‘Good’. It occupies a 19-bedroom converted, two-storey detached property on High Park Road in Ryde, on the north-east coast of the Isle of Wight
The home has been owned by husband-and-wife, Sanjay and Sandhya Ramdany since 2005, and was brought to market to enable them to retire.
With funding sourced through Neil Collins at Christie Finance, it has been purchased by first-time buyers, Minal Patel and Mitenkumar Patel of Genix Care Ltd.
