Christie Finance supports first-time buyer in West-Midlands pharmacy purchase

The pharmacy, which dispenses approximately 8,000 items per month, is located adjacent to The Little London Surgery in Caldmore and was previously operated by MK Pharma Ltd. The owner brought the business to market to focus on other ventures, and a confidential sales process was managed by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co.

The purchaser, Liam Gill, is entering the pharmacy sector for the first time. Despite being new to ownership, Liam’s strong business plan and clear vision for community-focused service enhancements made him a credible candidate for funding — at a time when many lenders are increasingly selective.
