Christie Finance secures funding for profitable Caravan & Camping Holiday Park for established owner
Christie Finance is delighted to have supported the successful funding of Tower Park Caravan & Camping, located in West Cornwall.
Tower Park Caravan & Camping is a vast, family friendly site set upon 12 acres of land, offering a great central location between Penzance and Land’s End. The established holiday park currently provides 102 touring and camping pitches, including electric hook-ups, alongside additional seasonal pitches during peak summer months. The site also benefits from a range of on-site amenities including a reception and shop, laundry facilities, lounge area, play area, dog walking field and owner’s accommodation.
The funding supported the acquisition of the profitable freehold business by Jack Tar Holidays Limited, a family-run venture bringing together a wealth of experience from across the leisure, hospitality, construction and business sectors. Leading the acquisition is David Cotterill, who has more than 40 years of experience within the holiday park industry and previously owned and operated a successful caravan park in Skegness for over 20 years. Joined by family members Graham Dodd, Niki Dodd, Angela Smith and Leanna Cotterill, the new ownership team plans to build on the park’s strong foundations while introducing improvements and enhancements to further strengthen the customer experience.
The business has demonstrated consistent revenues and profitability over a number of years and offers significant opportunity for future growth. With extensive land available on site, the owners are exploring plans to modernise facilities, enhance the park's offering and create an even more appealing destination for families holidaying in Cornwall.
