Christie Finance Backs Strategic Expansion of Cube Pharmacy Group

The Cube Pharmacy Group, based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, comprises three well-established community pharmacies:
- Comberton Hill – A freehold pharmacy located opposite Kidderminster Station in a secondary retail parade. Dispensing approximately 4,750 items monthly, the pharmacy operates standard hours with 93% NHS and 7% OTC business.
- Stourport Road – A leasehold pharmacy (15-year lease from 2016), also operating standard hours. It dispenses around 3,500 items monthly, with a similar NHS/OTC split of 93% to 7%.
- Medical Centre Pharmacy – An integrated pharmacy within a medical centre, held on a 30-year lease from 2016. Originally a 100-hour pharmacy, it now operates standard hours and dispenses approximately 10,000 items monthly, with 98% NHS and 2% OTC.
