Woodlands Residential Care Home purchased by experienced multi-operator, with funding secured by Christie Finance

Specialist commercial broker, Christie Finance has recently secured funding to assist care operator Jeeves Care Homes Limited in the acquisition of its second care home.

Woodland Residential Care Home is a 38 bedroom residential home located in Oswestry, well positioned to provide access to local amenities. Currently operating with a full complement of staff including a Registered Manager, Woodland’s is due to benefit from imminent investment, with refurbishments and improvements planned.

Woodland Home joins Carrington House Care Home in Jeeves Care Homes’ growing portfolio and is the third time in which Christie Finance has been able to support with various acquisitions.
