Parklands Pharmacy in Northampton sold to experienced pharmacist

Itfaq Ahmed has recently purchased the goodwill of Parklands Pharmacy in Northampton with funding successfully secured by specialist commercial finance broker, Christie Finance.

The leasehold pharmacy is located three miles North of Northampton town centre comprising of a well-presented retail space and a small consultation room. There are 13 GP surgeries within a 1.4-mile radius of the pharmacy, presenting an excellent opportunity for Parklands to penetrate the market within the local area.

Parklands Pharmacy is currently run under management. Itfaq will take over as the new owner and lead pharmacist drawing on his 20+ years’ experience working as a qualified pharmacist managing independent pharmacies.

Itfaq has utilised his skills and experience over the two decades to successfully increase MUR and NMS revenue in every business. During his career, Itfaq has experience of supplying pharmaceutical services to various nursing homes, successfully introducing the Lipotrim Weight Management programmes at two leading pharmacies and providing flu vaccinations to over 2000 patients.
