The buyers Robin and Jaspreet Bawa are experienced retailers who currently own a petrol filling station and convenience store in Ayrshire. Eager to take their first steps into the hospitality sector, The Fenwick presented an ideal opportunity to diversify and grow their business interests. This acquisition marks their first foray into hotel ownership, and a considered move into a new sector.
