First-time retail buyers supported by Christie Finance

Specialist commercial mortgage broker, Christie Finance, has successfully arranged finance for the leasehold purchase of a One Stop Convenience Store in Leicester. Acting on behalf of new entrants in the sector, Trupti and Dipeshkumar Patel.

Stuart Pawelczyk, Associate Director at Christie Finance, assisted the first-time buyers to secure the specialist finance to purchase the business.
