First-time buyer secures purchase of popular Shropshire dementia care home

Specialist finance broker, Christie Finance, has supported a first-time buyer, Jawaad Aziz, to purchase Hartland’s Residential Care in Shropshire.

David Ward, Senior Director at Christie Finance, sourced funding for the buyer of the specialist Dementia Care home, “Having access to specialist, non-high street lenders was key to financing this care home. The lender we worked with on this deal provides an excellent offering to the care sector and continually presents a real desire to support SME funding.
