Established pink Brixham care home funded through Christie Finance

Belmont House is an established care home registered for 24 residents. It occupies a vibrant, pale pink converted period property that has been improved and extended over the years to now comprise 21 bedrooms, 12 of which have en suite facilities. The home is situated within a residential area towards the outskirts of Brixham, which offers a range of day-to-day facilities and is within a short travelling distance of the larger, neighbouring towns.

Following a confidential sales process with Eve-Angelica Apperley at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Gary Boyce at Christie Finance, the home has been purchased by first-time buyers Gino and Stephanie Ussi.
