Abbotsbury Dental Practice in Worcester purchased by Associate

Abbotsbury Dental Practice based in Worcester has been purchased by current associate Kate Pugh with funding successfully secured by specialist commercial finance broker, Christie Finance.

The three surgery dental practice is located on a small, local retail parade on St Peter’s Drive. The property has been sold as a leasehold with income derived from a mix of NHS, private and dental plans. The practice serves mostly local patients with some travelling from further afield.

Kate is a qualified dentist with over 20 years’ experience, with the last two years spent working as an associate at Abbotsbury Dental Practice. She also works part time at HMP Long Martin Prison and Time for Teeth in Worcester.

The existing principals are retiring from Abbotsbury dental enabling Kate to take on the exciting challenge of running her own practice. David Ward, Senior Medical Director at Christie Finance supported Kate on securing funding. He comments “Abbotsbury Dental Practice is a profitable, well run practice where Kate already has an established presence. I am sure she will make a great success of running the practice and taking it forward”.
