Christie Finance is delighted to announce the appointment of Marium Mahmood to its expanding Commercial Mortgages team in London.
Marium Mahmood joins us with over six years’ experience in the Commercial Finance sector. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in commercial finance, business funding and property-related lending, supporting SMEs and investors with a wide range of financing solutions. Her experience spans growth finance, cashflow lending, asset finance, commercial mortgages, property acquisition funding and refinancing. She has worked closely with business owners across multiple sectors, providing tailored funding strategies to support expansion, acquisitions and long-term growth objectives. More recently, she has also built experience within the residential property sector, advising clients on property purchases and investment opportunities in prime real estate markets.
This variety of experience has provided her with a strong understanding of the commercial finance, business funding and property markets, enabling her to build lasting relationships with both clients and funding partners. Her industry knowledge, professional approach and commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes allow her to identify and secure tailored financing solutions that support business growth, property acquisitions and long-term investment objectives.
