Finance secured for acquisition of Kosher convenience store in Manchester
Kosher City, a well-known kosher convenience store in Prestwich, Manchester, has been successfully let to a new operator, with funding secured through Christie Finance.

The store, located in a busy residential area and serving the local Jewish community, has been operated for many years by Jacob, who is now stepping away from day-to-day responsibilities to pursue new career opportunities. He remains involved as the freeholder and commented, “I am embarking on a new career path, but I will remain hands-on as the freeholder. The lease has been acquired by Suresh Kancharla, marking his entry into the convenience retail sector after a successful career in IT.
