Coastal care home facility secures strategic funding through Christie Finance 

Christie Finance have secured a competitive finance package to support our client, an experienced GP, with her second care home acquisition.  Haddon Court Care Home is a well-established residential care home facility in Bispham, close to Blackpool and Cleveleys. Located within walking distance of the beach and local amenities, the home offers a secure and welcoming environment for up to 33 residents, with a mix of single and en-suite rooms.

Since its acquisition in 2009, the facility has built a reputation for high-quality care, earning a “Good” rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and maintaining strong relationships with families and local authorities. Operating at consistently high occupancy levels, the home benefits from ongoing referrals and a robust management structure that enables minimal oversight.
