Christie Finance secures funding for the sale of Beggars Reach Hotel in Pembrokeshire

The well-established hotel comprises 30 ensuite bedrooms, a restaurant, bistro/breakfast room, and several function and event spaces, including an Orangery. Popular with leisure and corporate visitors alike, Beggars Reach Hotel also serves as a sought-after wedding venue and boasts significant potential for future development, with previously approved planning permission for 20 additional bedrooms and a spa facility.

Funding was secured by Tamara Ryan, Finance Consultant at Christie Finance, who worked closely with the buyers — an experienced local business family with an existing portfolio including a popular fish and chip restaurant in Tenby and other commercial ventures. This acquisition marks an exciting step in their continued plans to grow their business interests within the region.
