Christie Finance secures funding for first-time pharmacy buyer in Hampshire
Bishops Waltham Pharmacy, a well-established NHS community pharmacy near Southampton, Hampshire, has been sold to first-time buyer Madhu Bhogadi, with funding successfully arranged by Christie Finance.

Dispensing approximately 6,200 items per month, the centrally located pharmacy sits in the heart of Bishop’s Waltham and plays a key role in the local healthcare network. Previously operated by Matrix Primary Healthcare Ltd as part of a larger group, the pharmacy was brought to market via a confidential sales process managed by Jonathan Board at Christie & Co.
Madhu Bhogadi, a qualified and experienced Pharmacist, secured tailored funding to support his transition into ownership. This acquisition marks his first step into independent pharmacy operation, with backing structured to reflect both his clinical background and commercial ambitions.
