First-time buyer acquires Greenacre Garage in Cheshire through Christie Network

Commercial finance specialist, Christie Finance has supported a first-time buyer to purchase Greenacre Garage in Cheshire with our sister company, Christie & Co, announcing the sale.

Sajeev Gowrinathan has secured Greenacre Garage, an extremely profitable freehold forecourt site which comprises an independently branded petrol filling station, convenience store and MOT garage.

Senior Finance Consultant at Christie Finance, Alena Jawadwalla sourced funding for the first-time buyer and comments, “I’m delighted to have been able to secure funding for Sajeev.
