Bryntirion Londis & Post Office funded by Christie Finance

Specialist commercial finance brokers, Christie Finance, are delighted to have supported in the purchase of Bryntirion Londis & Post Office situated in the popular residential area of Bryngolau.



Specialist property advisors, Christie & Co supported in the sale of the freehold of Bryntirion Londis & Post Office owned by their client, Paul & Pam Homeyard for nearly 30 years who were selling to retire.  The business is arranged in a lock up single storey property with a ground floor trading area. 

Mr Bibhu Kumar who has other business interests, is a first-time entrant into the retail sector, has bought the business and is looking forward to increasing the profitability of the store by increasing the opening hours and introducing a paper delivering service.  Mr Justin Render of Render Solicitors acted on behalf of Mr Kumar and Mr Gary Boyce of Christie Finance secured the funding of Mr Kumar’s first retail business.
