They were keen to buy the freehold of the business after rejuvenating the pub since they acquired the leasehold in late 2014.
The Crown Inn is a Grade II listed property in the picturesque village of Pulham Market. With the funding secured, our clients are also now looking to develop the second floor of the property into letting rooms to meet demand in the local area.
When Jon and Amy took on the pub on a Lease Agreement it had been closed for over a year, so had to undergo a complete refurbishment before opening its doors again. Since then the business has been growing steadily with the pub winning Morning Advertisers ‘Best Turnaround Pub’ Award in 2015.
