First-time buyers acquire South Wales care home with the help of Christie Finance

Established care providers, Mr Shah and Mrs Nicky Seehootoorah, have embarked on the journey of owning their own care home, White Rose Care Centre in South Wales, with the help of funding secured by commercial finance specialist, Christie Finance.



The couple have extensive experience in the care sector, and also own successful domiciliary care business, Carepride Ltd, in Bristol. Their first care home acquisition, White Rose Care Centre, is registered to care for adults over 65 with dementia and learning difficulties, and is located in New Tredegar, approximately 20 miles north of Cardiff city centre. Mr and Mrs Seehootoorah plan to obtain permission to build additional bedrooms in the home in the near future.
