Paul Cook, an experienced chef and hospitality operator, identified this Grade II listed Hotel & Restaurant as the ideal business opportunity. The business was sold through specialist property advisor Christie & Co.
The Hotel offers a large function room perfect for weddings and resides within mature grounds with beautiful natural features such as two lakes and a waterfall. The business also benefits from having undergone a recent major refurbishment.
Paul also owns a successful boutique style hotel, bar and restaurant in Stirling that he has transformed since taking ownership. Paul approached Stephen McConalogue, Finance Consultant at Christie Finance to help acquire funding to purchase the Coach House Hotel.
