Oakshaw Guest House is a Victorian aged property in the heart of Glasgow, with easy access to Braehead Arena and Glasgow Airport. The property comprises of ten bedrooms split over two floors, currently trading under separate titles. The separate floors are managed by Rabbia and her brother in law, with Rabbia managing the ground floor and her brother in law operating the top floor. With the support of Christie Finance, Rabbia has successfully refinanced her current operations to purchase the top floor of Oakshaw Guest House.
Since 2008, Rabbia has worked as a letting agency manager, operating 200 residential flats within the greater Glasgow area. On a day to day basis, she would oversee all aspects of property management including maintenance and staff management. Working at the letting agency increased Rabbia’s appetite to own her own business, subsequently in 2011 she purchased her share in Oakshaw Guest House. Rabbia also owns and operates two Airbnb leaseholds in Glasgow.
With the guest house now fully under Rabbia’s ownership, she is currently installing a kitchen enabling guests to enjoy breakfast during their stay.
