Existing pharmacist owns 100% company share with the support of Christie Finance

Pharmacy finance specialist, Christie Finance, has recently supported Mrs Alison Hair, current Pharmacist at Parkhead Health Centre Pharmacy, Glasgow, to acquire the remaining 76 per cent shareholding in the business in order to have complete ownership.

Parkhead Health Centre Pharmacy is based in the East End of Glasgow and provides a wide range of NHS services to the local community. The pharmacy has been established for almost 40 years within the health centre, but will be relocating to a new, purpose-built community hub just 300 yards away in four years’ time.

Mrs Hair, who has been the Pharmacist at Parkhead Health Centre Pharmacy for the past 25 years, comments, “I am sincerely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Craig Dickson to secure finance. His knowledge, expertise and attention to detail was invaluable in helping me to navigate the whole process.”
