Our client, Kirana Singh, is an experienced retail operator had operated the Convenience Store since 2013 alongside her other convenience store in Glasgow. When the freehold become available she was eager to purchase but needed to find specialist funding to make this a reality.

Stephen McConalogue at Christie Finance, was able to source the right funding to help Kirana purchase the business. Using his expertise and lender contacts, Stephen helped structure the deal to attract interest from the most competitive sources of finance and obtained a notable facility.

New owner, Kirana said, "Stephen's help was excellent and his service to us could not be beaten."

Commenting on the deal, Stephen said, “In the last few months, I have helped a growing number of retailers across Scotland secure finance to achieve their aims. The lending market continues to diversify and it is more important than ever to seek the advice of a broker to pick the best deal out of the crowd for you."
