Our specialist team will be attending the Care Show at the NEC Birmingham

Christie Finance and Christie & Co will be exhibiting at The Care Show on the 10th – 11th of October 2017.

This free exhibition at the NEC Birmingham is the largest and busiest care event held in the UK and offers an opportunity to network with a range of industry experts. As well as educational seminars and hands-on workshops, there are numerous exhibitors offering a range of products and services.

At stand K44/45, we will have our regional care team from all areas of our business including finance consultants, property agents and RICS registered valuers. Both Christie Finance and Christie & Co have seen significant movement in the market throughout 2017, from the level of demand for care businesses increasing to the constantly changing appetite of traditional high street banks providing funding to the sector.

Stuart Pawelczyk, Associate Director of Christie Finance, "This Show is always a great opportunity to meet past, current and new clients to discuss their business plans and how we can help. Our team have helped both first time buyers and experienced operators from across the UK find the right funding for their business. With ever-changing attitudes towards the sector shown by banks and other lenders it is always beneficial to chat to an experienced broker who knows and understands what the market has to offer you and your business."

Christie & Co have facilitated a high volume of care business sales in recent months, including but not limited to development projects, multiple care businesses to single assets. Lee Howard, Regional Director for the Midlands says, "The care market remains buoyant despite the current challenges within the industry and we are continually surprised by the diverse buyer profiles ranging from existing operators looking to add to their portfolio to buyers looking for their first venture. Our care sector experts will be on hand both days offering free informal advice across all areas.”
