Nick’s wealth of experience in commercial finance and his professional, common-sense approach have helped Christie Finance clients across the UK buy or develop businesses in the medical sector. He specialises in sourcing funding for pharmacies and dental, GP and veterinary practices, advising and supporting clients who wish to acquire a single asset, expand their portfolio, or refinance their business. Using his knowledge of the national market and insight into the sector Nick ensures that clients’ experience of the funding process is smooth and stress-free. A Director of Christie Finance since 2010, Nick was appointed Head of Business Mortgages in 2013.
Chris draws on more than 20 years’ experience of banking and finance in London and The City to help our clients secure exactly the funding they need for the business they want. He knows our specialist market sectors inside out and takes the same professional, meticulous approach to all clients, whether they are a sole trader or multi-unit corporate operator. Chris’s expertise and success in our London office was recognised in 2010, when he was made a Director at Christie Finance.
Throughout his career, John has specialised in arranging commercial mortgages across the retail, leisure and healthcare sectors. John originally joined Christie Finance in 1998 and, over the next eight years, built up solid relationships with the leading lending institutions. This enabled him to negotiate the best deals for our clients, which he has continued to do since rejoining the company in 2011.
Matthew joined Christie Finance in 2014, bringing with him four years of experience in property investment and residential lettings, thus offering a different perspective to our clients. He now advises and secures funding for both first-time buyers and experienced operators across all our specialist sectors.

Artin joined Christie Finance in 2015 having gained more than three years’ experience in business development and exposure to account and relationship management in the UK and across Europe. Artin has a BSc in business management from Roehampton University.
