Busta House Hotel - Shetlands

Adrian Foster helped a client secure funding to facilitate a change in ownership. The current directors were looking to step back from the day-to-day running of the business and saw their management team as the perfect individuals to join them. But they were unsure how to initiate the deal and approached us to look into how to structure the deal and ultimately source the finance to facilitate the change.

Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club - Stockport

Craig Dickson successfully arranged a multi-million pound funding package for his client NewCo Ventures Limited, enabling them to purchase the acclaimed Bredbury Hall Hotel and Country Club in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

The Bendene Hotel - Exeter

John Mitchell assisted an experienced hotel operator and property investor to fund the freehold purchase of The Bendene Hotel in Exeter. Our client already owned a number of businesses across the South East running under the ‘Baggies Back Packers’ brand.

His existing bank could not offer a competitive finance package and that is where John stepped in.

The Westlands Hotel - Pitlochry

The Westlands Hotel in Pitlochry, Scotland recently changed hands due to the hard work of Adrian Foster. The clients, who already owned the Atholl Villa Guest House, were looking to purchase their second hotel business. Approaching Adrian for help to find the most competitive funding, he was able to arrange a loan.

Although the buyers had an excellent background the deal hit a stumbling block when the valuers identified that one of the building was made from non-traditional materials.

After this obstacle was overcome the deal progressed smoothly to completion.

Stratton House Hotel - Cirencester
Stuart Pawelczyk helped secure funding for existing hoteliers to acquire the Stratton House Hotel in Cirencester.

By using the equity in their existing hotel business, a facility was structured to purchase Stratton House as well as releasing funds to assist with a refurbishment programme.
Stuart was able to deliver the required funding on very competitive rates, arranging the finance across both a limited company and pension scheme. 
To assist with cash flow, Stuart also secured an initial 2 years interest only period.
