Both business partners possess the desired skills, acumen and experience to purchase the established care home. They share equal history of working in a sector that is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission; with transferable skills suitable for managing the business.
Stuart Pawelczyk, Director at Christie Finance, worked with the duo to source a competitive deal for the purchase of their first care home. He comments “It has been incredibly exciting to support Dr Chaudhary and Dr Singh on the purchase of Cliffdale Residential Care Home. Both doctors are highly educated with varied medical backgrounds. I am sure they will be a huge success at Cliffdale. This is a great example of where we were able to work closely with the lender to secure funding for a first time buyer; which can often be difficult to obtain without any previous direct sector experience”.
