Children’s day nursery in Milton Keynes is sold to an experienced operator
The Milton Keynes Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co, has sold a children’s day nursery located in the dense residential area of Bletchley, a suburb of Milton Keynes. Independent mortgage brokers, Christie Finance, arranged the funding for the purchase.
Windermere Drive Nursery occupies a modern substantial single-storey detached building on a one-acre site and is registered for a maximum of 54 children under the age of five. The property comprises an open-plan childcare room, which has a dividing wall creating separate areas for the under-twos and two to five-year-olds, and an outdoor enclosed play area, with freestanding apparatus.
Offers in the region of £250,000 were sought for the long leasehold and it was sold to an experienced operator, who currently has another nursery, for an undisclosed sum.
