Christie Finance assists in the re-mortgage of a care home in South Gloucestershire
Independent mortgage broker, Christie Finance, has assisted David Cooke in re-mortgaging his care home in Hanham, near Bristol in South Gloucestershire.
The Gables Residential Care Home is registered for 20 elderly residents in all single en suite bedrooms and was originally built from scratch by David Cooke nine years ago. The property has been extended over the years and now is recognised as a top quality home with an excellent reputation.
