Christie Finance assists a forecourt operator from Middlesex to purchase another business in Cornwall
Independent mortgage broker, Christie Finance, has assisted a buyer from Middlesex to purchase Addington Service Station on Callington Road in Liskeard, Cornwall.
Mr Kirupananthan has been involved in the forecourt industry for many years and owns a number of businesses across the South West of England and in South Wales. He decided to purchase Addington Service Station, as it made a good addition to his portfolio.
Evan Morgan, from Christie Finance, who handled the funding for the purchase, commented; “Despite a toughening market, we put together a 100 percent finance package, combined with a refinance deal, and secured a fantastic rate for Mr Kirupananthan.
