A local couple purchase a vacant unit in Ipswich, with help from Christie Finance
Christie Finance, the independent mortgage broker, has assisted local retail operators, Mr Metin Yildrim and Mrs Sara Ali, to purchase a vacant shop unit close to Ipswich town centre.
The property is located at 142 and 142a Felixstowe Road and is approximately a mile and a half away from the town centre in an area popular for both commercial and residential property. There is a self-contained one-bedroom flat situated above the shop, which is accessed via an external staircase and has a rear garden.
Purchasers, Metin and Sara, are experienced well known local operators and intend to trade the business as an off licence/general store.
