First time buyer purchases his first children’s day nursery, with funding from Christie Finance
The Birmingham Office of independent mortgage brokers, Christie Finance, has assisted first time buyer, Daniel Skitt to purchase a children’s day nursery in Coseley Bilston, near Dudley in the West Midlands.
Dots Tots Nursery occupies a prominent location on a busy commuter route and has been converted and comprehensively redeveloped from former shops and flats in 2001. It is currently registered for 59 children and is well equipped, with 11 play/education rooms arranged on both ground and first floors.
David Ward, from the Birmingham Office of Christie Finance, commented; “Despite being a newcomer to the day nursery sector, Daniel has impressed the banks with his business acumen and his determination to make this acquisition the first of many. The bank that we ultimately put him in touch with has recognised his ambition and provided the required level of funding at an excellent price in order to help Daniel on the road to success.
