A couple from Staffordshire purchase a guest house with funding from Christie Finance
Independent mortgage broker, Christie Finance, has successfully arranged the funding for a couple from Staffordshire to purchase a guest house on Priory Road in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.
Ferndale House Guest House occupies a semi-detached property, which was originally a residential dwelling and was converted into a guest house in 1979. It briefly comprises eight en suite letting bedrooms, a guest sitting room, a dining room and a private car park.
