The Bristol Office of leading business agents, Christie + Co, is pleased to announce that it has sold Hollyland Lodge Residential Home in Pembroke, South West Wales, on behalf of Ms R. Cooper, as she wishes to retire after nine years of ownership.

 

The property comprises a substantial two-storey building, with a purpose-built wing to the rear and is registered for 14; all in single bedrooms, with a pretty garden to the rear. The business was sold to Colin Francis of Pembroke Care Ltd, whose sister company, Europa Care Ltd, already operates a care home in the area.

 

Rob Kinsman, from Christie + Co’s Bristol Office, who handled the sale, commented; “We have now secured over half a dozen sales of care homes in South West Wales over the last 12 months and the sale of Hollyland Lodge has indicated the continued strength of the market. Christie + Co is delighted to have been part of Pembroke Care’s expansion.”
