Nicholas graduated in July 2006 with First Class Honours from the University of Northampton with a Business and Marketing-related degree. He joined Christie Finance straight from university and, following a full training programme, has successfully completed his move to a broking position in Ipswich.
He is currently working towards the Certificate in Financial Planning which he hopes to complete later this year. Nicholas is now concentrating on establishing new client contacts and developing relationships with key local banks and operators.

Sheree has a sales and management background and previously ran her own estate agency branch. As the manager, she worked closely with a team of independent financial advisors and gained valuable financial experience.
Sheree heads up the business finance operation in Nottingham and has an excellent relationship with local banks in the Nottingham area. She works closely with her clients to guide them through the whole business mortgage process.

Charlotte graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Sociology from the University of Surrey in 2002, which included a placement year working for the Home Office. She went on to spend 2½ years working as a sales negotiator in the residential market for Lindesays Independent Estate Agents.
Charlotte started her career with Christie Group as business development co-ordinator for Christie + Co, working closely with her agency and valuation services colleagues to enhance the profile of the Winchester office. She moved to Christie Finance in October 2005, where she works alongside Mark Aston in continuing to establish the Christie Finance name throughout the south of England, arranging finance and re-finance across all our specialist sectors.

Before joining Christie Finance, Hannah worked in the residential mortgage market with Cheltenham & Gloucester for nearly 7 years, assuming varied roles from Mortgage Adviser to Branch Manager, Sales Development Manager then finally to Group Manager. It was whilst there that she obtained her CeMAP qualification.
She uses her considerable experience in the mortgage market and relationship management to develop solid relationships with banking contacts as well as existing and new clients.

After graduating from Cardiff Business School in 2003 with a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration, Jon spent 3 years with Siemens before moving into the financial services industry with HSBC bank, where he quickly progressed to Mortgage Manager.
It was here that he obtained his CeMap qualifications, providing advice on residential mortgages. Since joining Christie Finance, Jon has obtained the CeMap Commercial module and developed strong relationships with both clients and banks. He is currently studying to complete his Cefa qualifications.

Sue Dougal previously worked with the Norwich and Peterborough Group where, over a 16-year period, she held key positions in sales, business development and, most recently, as Director of Retail Sales and Operations.
Her knowledge of running both mortgage and insurance businesses is a real asset to Christie Finance and Christie Insurance.

Andrew joined Christie Finance to establish a presence in the Maidstone office in January 2004. He has achieved the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Planning (CeMAP) and his employment with us was preceded by a ten-year career with NatWest Bank where he progressed to work in retail business banking for five years — three as a local business banking manager.
Maidstone was voted office of the year for its Christie Finance performance in 2005 and successfully arranged over £16 million of commercial mortgage deals in 2006. Andrew has rapidly established a thriving business to support local purchasers and operators through the business mortgage process.

John is one of the newest members of the team, joining Christie Finance at the start of 2007 to work with Ian Moore to build the company’s presence in the Newcastle area.
After completing an HNC in Electronic Engineering, John worked as an electrical engineer for five years. After deciding to make the career move into financial services, he initially worked for Northern Rock before moving to an investment broker in south-east Asia and east Africa.

Chris has over fifteen years experience in banking and finance and has been providing funding solutions and specialist advice to clients within the licensed leisure industry for a number of years. He is experienced in funding both freehold and leasehold acquisitions, and has some excellent contacts and relationships in London, having spent over seven years working in the City and West End.
Chris joined Christie Finance in the spring of 2007 and heads up their London operation, working closely with Agency staff from all sectors.

Adrian graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with an honours degree in Business and Economics in 2001. He joined Abbey in the same year, where he remained for over four years as branch manager.
Adrian joined Christie Finance in 2006 to establish our mortgage operation in the Edinburgh office. He has built excellent relationships with local banks and an enviable regional client base.

Sunny Gangar graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Systems. She worked at British Gas and Birmingham Midshires Building Society before joining the Birmingham branch of Christie Finance in February 2007.

David has been arranging intelligent financial solutions on behalf of a variety of clients for many years. He started his career in accountancy before moving to Christie Finance in 2000. He was fundamental in the development of Christie Finance as the leading business mortgage broker in Scotland. Having previously worked in our Edinburgh, Newcastle and Manchester offices, David now heads up our UK mortgage operation in London.

Tazeem joined Christie Finance in December 2006 to expand our presence in the Leeds area. She is CeMAP-qualified and brings with her a wealth of experience in the financial services sector.
After obtaining a BTEC in National Business and Finance, she began her mortgage career in the residential market. Tazeem was employed by Barclays in 2000, where she remained for four years as a residential mortgage broker before starting her own business providing funding and general insurance solutions to a variety of private clients. Tazeem is drawing upon her existing relationships with local banking contacts to assist her clients in offering a range of funding options for their business purchases and/or re-finances.

Oliver graduated with an honours degree from Plymouth University and spent the first six years of his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry. Covering a number of roles over this period he identified finance as a growth area and moved his career into business finance where he has enjoyed continual success.
Oliver joined Christie Finance in 2003 to establish an office in Exeter and continues to build our profile in the South-West, with responsibility for the whole of Devon, Cornwall, south and mid-Somerset. His wealth of specialist knowledge of the business mortgage process has enabled him to successfully grow the business year-on-year, offering professional advice and guidance to an increasing number of local purchasers and operators across all our sectors.

Charles Keyser graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc

David has been in financial services for over 20 years. After working as a consultant with the Prudential Assurance Company for 15 years, he became a self-employed IFA and Independent Mortgage Broker for the following 7 years.
He has extensive experience in the regulated market and also in the prime and sub-prime mortgage markets, holds the required qualifications for these markets (FPC 1, 2, 3 and the MAQ) and is currently working towards the Certificate in Commercial Mortgages.

Mark has spent most of his professional career developing his sales skills. Starting by working his way up to national sales manager of a company operating in hearing technology, he went on to specialise in residential property investment; identifying suitable property at competitive rates on behalf of potential investors.
Mark joined Christie Finance in 2006 to assist David Ward with the ongoing expansion of our mortgage operation in Birmingham. He has already recorded a number of successes in business generation and is building a strong reputation amongst the local banking representatives. Mark is currently studying for the CeMAP qualification which he hopes to complete later this year.

After graduating with a degree in Marketing and Languages, from the IT Tallaght in Dublin, Evan worked for leading Irish mortgage providers, Permanent TSB, as a member of their credit control and legal arrears teams where he progressed to a management position.
He then spent two years in Australia working for the Westpac Banking Corporation as an assistant manager in the electronic verification department, before returning to Ireland as part of the management team in the permanent tsb collections department.
Evan joined Christie Finance in July 2006 to assist in the development of the business mortgage business in the Bristol area and to streamline the relationship between Christie Finance and their Christie + Co colleagues.

Paul started his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1997. He spent 10 years providing full financial and mortgage advice, firstly for Pearl Assurance then for a High Street Bank (Abbey).
Three years ago, Paul transferred to the specialised sector of commercial finance. During this time he has gained the Advanced CeMAP (Commercial Module) qualification.

Paul has been in the financial services industry for the past 22 years. He spent most of this time as a Financial Adviser, working for several of the leading insurance companies in the UK. During this time he achieved the Financial Planning Certificate.
In more recent years, he has specialised in regulated mortgage advice, working in a residential estate agent office, and has achieved the Mortgage Advice Qualification. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role.

After A-levels, Kelly went on to graduate from the University of Greenwich with a Law degree in 2005. She joined Christie Finance the same year as a business mortgage assistant and has undergone training to successfully make the move into broking.
Kelly is now focusing on build our business mortgage client base in the Manchester area.

Mark joined Christie Finance at the beginning of 2007 to develop our corporate business through the new Christie Corporate Finance brand. Mark will be working closely with his colleagues in Christie Corporate encompassing all trading sectors to provide a range of innovative funding solutions to meet the specific requirements of our major clients.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers having spent the first 21 years of his career in banking with NatWest where he progressed to senior management level. At the beginning of 2000 he moved to accountancy firm Horwath Clark Whitehall in the North where he developed a successful corporate finance team.
Mark brings with him substantial experience in corporate finance and, in addition to providing senior debt options, he has forged strong relationships with banks and investors alike to be able to act as an intermediary in the provision of equity and mezzanine financing.

David joined Christie Finance in 2001 to set up the Birmingham office and has been instrumental in the marked expansion of Christie Finance’s mortgage business in the area.
Working for a number of years as a business bank manager for Barclays, David developed a considerable understanding of the complex nature of the financial marketplace. He is a professional qualified banker, having obtained the ACIB accreditation.
In 2005, David was promoted to associate director and remains one of the company’s senior brokers. He has an enviable knowledge of all Christie Finance’s markets and has recorded particular successes when providing mortgage solutions to the healthcare sector.

After leaving Strodes College in Surrey, Matthew went on to achieve
an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency whilst working at an estate
agent in Middlesex.
Matthew joined Christie Finance in August 2007 and will build on the successes already recorded by his colleagues at the Exeter Office. Nicholas joined Christie Finance in October 2006, working as a business mortgage broker in the Enfield office. He began his career in theatre and has worked in many of the leading West End productions. Despite his punishing show schedules, Nicholas found the time to establish a private residential property portfolio, developing invaluable financial experience. He has also run his own pub business and an Internet café.
Joining the Enfield office, Nicholas has assumed responsibility for arranging finance and re-finance for business owners and operators across all our specialist sectors.
