We helped Ruben and Ann Pavaday acquire the 44-bed Barrington Lodge Care Home by sourcing funding for 100% of purchase price using the equity in their existing care home, Beechwood House. Their bank was unable to assist, but we negotiated a more competitive interest rate than their existing loan with a new lender.

The Green Lawns Hotel in Falmouth was bought by Mr and Mrs Rudlin with funding arranged by Christie Finance.
