Callow Hall hotel, Mappleton, Derbyshire

The 16-bedroom, Grade II Listed, country house hotel is set in 33 acres of private gardens, situated at the gateway to the stunning Peak District National Park. The multi-award-winning hotel was built in the mid-19th Century and contains many Jacobean features.

The Steamboat Tavern, Ipswich

We secured the funding for the acquisition of the freehold interest of The Steamboat Tavern by experienced operator Valerie Bint, the leaseholder who has transformed the pub into a highly successful business, with an enviable reputation as a live music venue.

We secured funding from a major high street lender for the purchase of the popular wet-led community pub, The Red Post Inn at Peasedown St John, just outside Bath, by the existing leaseholders of the business, Mr Simon and Mrs Megan Sandall.

The Dew Drop, London E15

We arranged finance for the acquisition of the Dew Drop closed public house within a week. Contracts had already been exchanged on the purchase, but a property sale had fallen through. Our proposal was submitted to the bank on Monday and the purchase completed on Friday.

The Five Bells public house is located in the centre of the village of Rattlesden, Suffolk. We secured funding for its acquisition by Deborah Oliver, who had been the leaseholder for over 13 years before taking up the opportunity to acquire the business.
